This is the fiber piece I did of Nestor for the Global Visions Exhibit at the Nature Conservancy. It is the little green heron below.
This is Nestor, he is a Little Green Heron. He came to visit on the bank of the lake this morning while I was planting a new garden. I did a fiber piece of Nestor two years ago, I'll post it later.
I had two pieces accepted in The Judith Ryan Williams Memorial Nature and Wildlife Fine Art Regional Juried Art Exhibition. It is presented by the St. Augustine Art Association. The exhibition NATURE REVERED: Reflections of Life in the Wild is in the main gallery and runs from July 2-August 29th. www.staaa.org

Steve caught this big mouth bass in the lake out back. Quite the fisherman!
I'm a fiber artist and my work is about Nature-birds, plants, sea creatures...
I have a wonderful daughter in college.
And I have five cats. Two are Hemingway cats with six toes. I LOVE Halloween!
